The vineyard

The vineyard of Saint Brice benefits from gravel and clay-limestone soils where our 30 year old vines can flourish.
Our main grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are all perfectly adapted to these types of soils and produce excellent quality grapes which allow our winemakers to produce great, unique and authentic wines.

Our environmental commitment

We are proud to announce that Château Saint Brice is HVE (High Environmental Value) certified. This certificate is the result of our commitment to the environment and we are happy to share it with our customers.

We are aware that viticulture can have an impact on the environment and we are determined to reduce this impact as much as possible.
To achieve this HVE certification, we have therefore put in place measures to reduce our water consumption, our use of chemical inputs and implemented actions to increase biodiversity in our vineyards.

The winemaking process

We use a traditional vinification process with good temperature control. Our grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and then selected using an optical sorting table. We then carry out maceration at low temperature to favour the extraction of the fruit and the aromas of the grapes. Our production is then aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels under the supervision of an oenologist.

Our entire winemaking process is essential for high quality production and allows us to offer wines that perfectly reflect the terroir and know-how of our estate.
